Condylactis Anemone

The Condylactis gigantea , Caribbean anemone, is a large anemone with long, slender tentacles—white, pink, or mauve with purple or green tips—that can reach 30–40 cm in diameter. One of the hardiest anemones for marine aquariums, ideal for FOWLR (Fish Ore Low Level) systems.
Important: Condylactis is not a natural host for clownfish and may capture small fish.

- Lighting: moderate to high — 100–250 PAR
- Water flow: low to moderate
- Temperature: 24–27°C — Salinity: 1.023–1.026
- pH: 7.8–8.4 (normal natural day/night fluctuation in a reef tank)
- Alkalinity: 8–10 dKH — Minimum volume: 200L
Behavior
Strongly stinging tentacles — can capture small fish and invertebrates. Keep away from corals. Generally sedentary once established.
Food
Feed 2–3 times per week with shrimp or large carnivorous food.
