Its cutout isn't just a hole. Reef Casa writes that it is shaped to clear most LED light brackets, with room left over for wires to run through.

Nano if you run a Pico, a Frag Mini, a Studio or a Cube. Grande if you run a Tide, a Frag Mega, a Laguna or a La Casa. It's the same split as the mesh lids and the cabinets — Reef Casa builds its whole accessory line around these two sizes.

Will it block my light or my wires?

No. Reef Casa lists the cutout as compatible with most LED light brackets, with room left for wires to pass.

Can I still get to my filtration?

The panel locks into the back chamber with notches — it goes in and comes out. Reef Casa doesn't list it as a fixed panel.
