Super Set Coral Glue 1oz — Extra Thick Reef Safe Gel Fast Curing - Reef Casa

$9.99

Available

The Reef Casa Super Set is an extra thick gel coral glue, fully safe for reef tanks. It's used for mounting frags, cutting and setting new pieces, and bonding rock to rock.

Reef Casa tells you where it comes from

That's rare enough to point out: on its own product page, Reef Casa states this glue is made by BRS, and that it's the brand of super glue they prefer over every other one.

So you aren't buying a generic adhesive bottled under a label. It's a product the tank manufacturer settled on after trying the rest, and says so publicly.

A bottle, not a tube

That's the real difference from most coral glues in the hobby. The common format is a single-use 4 g tube. Here you get a 1 oz bottle — 30 ml.

If you frag regularly, build an aquascape, or set more than two or three pieces in one session, the bottle format changes things: you stop counting how much glue is left.

What the manufacturer states

  • Super thick gel
  • 100% reef safe
  • Fast curing
  • Works for bonding rocks together
  • Works for making frags
  • Works for gluing frags
  • Contents: 1 x 1oz bottle of super glue

The exact cure time isn't published

Reef Casa says curing is fast, but gives no figure in seconds. If you find a precise number somewhere else, it didn't come from the manufacturer. For a specific application — underwater fragging, large colonies, porous rock — write to us describing what you're bonding and to what, and we'll answer with what we actually know.

Frequently asked questions

Is it actually safe for my corals?

Reef Casa lists this glue as 100% reef safe. It's a formula meant for the hobby, not a workshop adhesive repurposed for tanks.

How is it different from 4 g tubes?

Volume. A standard tube holds 4 g; this bottle holds 30 ml. For occasional fragging a tube does the job; for a fragging session or a full aquascape, the bottle keeps you from running dry mid-build.

What exactly is it for?

The manufacturer names three uses: bonding rocks together, making frags, and gluing frags. The extra thick gel holds its shape instead of running, which helps on uneven surfaces.
