Vitalis Platinum Marine Pellets 1 mm — Immune Support Soft Pellets for Marine Fish 70 g to 260 g
Available
Vitalis Platinum Marine Pellets — the marine pellet with immune support
Vitalis Platinum Marine Pellets are a complete feed for tropical marine fish. The Platinum line carries all the high-quality nutrition of Vitalis' principal Marine Pellet and adds key dietary components designed to support the immune system and maximise health and condition.
Like every Vitalis pellet, they are soft for ease of digestion and designed to sink slowly, encouraging a natural feeding experience. Pellet size: 1 mmØ — small enough for every fish, juvenile through adult.
Which fish it feeds
All tropical marine species, including: marine angelfish, gobies, damselfish, clownfish, moray eels, wrasse, pufferfish, parrotfish and hawkfish.
The 6-week rotation
The product's original documentation calls for a rotation with the standard Vitalis Marine range over a 6-week period — Platinum periodically reinforces the immune side of the regular menu. To build that rotation: Marine Pellets as the carnivore staple, Algae Pellets for the herbivores, and the Marine Grazer Mini for grazing between meals.
Which size: 70 g, 140 g or 260 g?
The 70 g to try it out or for a nano with a few residents. The 140 g for a community tank fed daily. The 260 g costs the least per gram — the pick for a large tank or a keeper feeding a full population.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Platinum and regular Marine Pellets?
Platinum carries all the nutrition of the principal Marine Pellet and adds targeted ingredients for immune-system support. The manufacturer designed it as the periodic complement to the regular menu, on a 6-week rotation.
Is the 1 mm size right for larger fish?
Yes — the product documentation lists an extra-small size suitable for all fish, juvenile through adult. Bigger fish simply take several pellets at a time.
Why soft, slow-sinking pellets?
The soft texture makes digestion easier, and the slow descent through the water column encourages the natural feeding behaviour fish show on the reef.
