The supplement contains concentrated cobalt. This element is necessary for all living organisms. It promotes fish coloring and plays a crucial role in the growth of certain beneficial algae, bacteria and animals. Cobalt is essential for metabolic changes and is part of vitamin B12.
Dosage: 1 ml of product increases the cobalt level by 0.0005 mg/l (ppm) in 100 liters (27 US gal) of water. The recommended level of cobalt in aquarium water is 0.0001 to 0.0006 mg/l (ppm).
The dosage should be based on the consumption of microelements. Note that every aquarium is different and the final dosage depends on the coral and individual aquarium needs. Deficiency and excess of micronutrients will affect the aquarium inhabitants, therefore the dosage should be selected and changed based on Aquaforest Lab's regular ICP-OES water tests.
