Care and Maintenance

Catalaphyllia corals are moderately difficult to keep and require specific conditions. They need low to moderate lighting, a gentle water flow (due to their fragile tentacles), and feed by photosynthesis with regular carnivorous feeding being beneficial. IMPORTANT: Place them on a deep sandy substrate (never on rock). Stable water parameters are essential. They are sensitive to stress and changes. Suitable for experienced aquarists only.
