Seachem's Reef Dip is a coral sanitizer containing elemental iodine complexed to a protective viscous layer for safe and gentle disinfection of corals. Ideal to use before introducing new coral inhabitants to your aquarium, it is effective against bacteria, fungi and protozoa. This formula can be used even without evidence of disease (as a prophylactic) or as a means of curing diseased corals. The protective slime layer ensures that the iodine is kept in contact with the infected site for a period of time to ensure proper healing. Safe for anemones and polyps as well as stony and soft corals.
