Care and Maintenance

Tilefish require an aquarium with a deep sandy substrate (minimum 10 cm) to build their burrows. They need moderate lighting, moderate water flow, and a varied diet including shrimp, fish, mussels, and meaty foods. They are generally peaceful and compatible with corals.
