The Saint Thomas Mushroom is a rare and spectacular mushroom coral, prized for its rippled texture and vibrant colors ranging from intense orange to brilliant red, sometimes with fluorescent reflections under actinic lighting. Native to tropical reefs in the Western Atlantic and Caribbean, this coral belongs to the Discosomatidae family and is distinguished from other mushroom corals by its distinct lobes and almost bulbous appearance. Easy to care for and hardy, it is perfect for aquarists of all skill levels.
