AquaForest Reef Salt 22kg

AquaForest Reef Salt 22 kg is a fully synthetic marine salt designed for reef aquariums and coral breeding. Its formula contains essential macro and micro-elements that closely mimic the composition of natural seawater. This blend ensures healthy coral growth, optimal coloration, and reliable chemical stability. The salt is bromide-free and can be used with ozone filtration systems. For a new aquarium, AquaForest recommends introducing the first animals 10 to 14 days after filling the tank.

Preparation instructions: Dissolve the salt only in demineralized water (RO/DI). The water temperature should be approximately 24°C (75°F). To achieve a salinity of 33 ppt, dissolve approximately 3.8 kg (8.4 lb) of salt in 100 liters (27 US gallons) of water. Stir vigorously for about 15 minutes until completely dissolved. AquaForest recommends maintaining a salinity between 33 and 35 ppt. The salt water should be used within 48 hours. Store the bucket in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
