Radion RMS Adapter Kit XR15 — X-Bracket G5 G6 Single Arm Adapter - EcoTech Marine

The EcoTech Marine Radion RMS Adapter Kit XR15 allows you to update a pre-G5 (G3 or G4) RMS Single Arm mount to be compatible with Radion XR15 G5 and G6 lights. If you already own a previous generation RMS mount and have upgraded to a Radion XR15 G5 or G6, this kit saves you from buying a new full mount—installation takes only a few minutes.

When do you need this kit?

This adapter kit is only necessary if you own a pre-G5 (G3 or G4) generation RMS Single Arm mount and wish to mount a Radion XR15 G5 or G6 on it. If you purchase a new (G5/G6) RMS Single Arm mount, the compatible X-bracket is already included, and you do not need this kit.

Note: The X-bracket included in this kit also works with the Multi-Light Rail system. If you're switching from a pre-G5 Single Arm to a Multi-Light system, this bracket slides directly into the rail.

Do I need this adapter kit if I buy a new RMS Single Arm XR15?

No. New RMS Single Arm mounts (G5/G6 version) already include the X-bracket compatible with Radion XR15 G5 and G6. This kit is only needed if you own an older pre-G5 RMS mount.

Does the RMS Adapter Kit XR15 work with the Radion XR30?

No. The XR15 X-bracket is not compatible with the wider Radion XR30. To adapt an older RMS mount to the XR30 G5 or G6, use the Radion RMS Adapter Kit XR30.

Does this kit also work with the Multi-Light Rail system?

Yes. The included X-bracket is the same as the one used in the Multi-Light Rail system. It slides directly into the RMS rail if you decide to switch to a multi-fixture mounting.
