Polyplab RF Genesis 50 ml — concentrated planktonic bacteria for your reef

Polyplab RF Genesis is a concentrated blend of bacterial strains developed with a Canadian biotechnology firm, at a concentration of over 80 billion cells per millilitre. It's the bacterial foundation of the Reef-Fresh method, and also a versatile bacteria to cycle, seed and feed your tank. 50 ml size.

What RF Genesis does

  • In planktonic form, the bacteria act as a highly nutritious food source for corals and zooplankton.
  • The complementary strains form nutrient-consuming biofilms — adding a large amount of beneficial bacteria to the system.
  • Also used to cycle a new tank or speed up bacterial growth in a cycling tank.
  • Ideal for seeding a Genesis ceramic rock (dry rock) at startup.

Dosing (per Polyplab)

  • 1 drop per 5 US gallons (19 L) of total system water volume, once daily.
  • Concentrated blend of dormant bacteria — close tightly between uses.
