The Red Sea Control Panel 8 is the physical button panel for the ReefControl Power 8 — and it does not work on its own: it requires a ReefControl Power 8 bar to do anything. Its job is simple: switch the bar's 8 outlets with the press of a finger — no phone, no app unlock — exactly what you want during a water change, hands wet over the sump.

Why a physical panel when you have the app?

Maintenance. Cutting the return pump, stopping the skimmer, switching off the heater before dropping the water level: those are weekly moves, and the panel reduces them to one button press. Each button drives its own Power 8 outlet, with a light showing its state. Your phone stays dry, and a family member can stop a pump without knowing the app.
