Polyplab Reef-Roids Nano 37 g — the plankton your corals react to

Reef-Roids is a blend of naturally occurring marine planktons containing a species of zooplankton unique to this product. Formulated to minimize water degradation, it is ideal for Goniopora, Zoanthids, Mushrooms and all other filter feeding corals. The Nano 37 g size is the perfect entry point to try the most famous coral food in the hobby, or the right fit for nano reef tanks where a big jar would not stay fresh.

Manufacturer directions

For every 100 US gallons (378 L) of system volume, mix one teaspoon of Reef-Roids with some water from your tank. For optimum results, use a syringe to target feed this mixture while tank circulation is off; otherwise, disperse the mixture directly into the tank. Per the manufacturer's estimate, a standard container feeds a 100-gallon tank for 3 months based on 2 feedings per week.

The ReefSolution tip

Be careful not to overfeed: corals suffer more from water degradation caused by excess food than from a lack of food. Start slow, in a stable system, and monitor your phosphates as you increase feedings.
