Brightwell Frag Recover is a 100% natural soaking bath specially formulated to accelerate coral recovery after fragmentation (fragging) and stimulate the regeneration of cut tissues.

Designed for soft corals, LPS and SPS, Frag Recover reduces post-fragmentation stress, promotes rapid healing and helps prevent the introduction of diseases into the aquarium when adding new frags.

🔬 Technical context

Coral fragmentation has become a common practice in reef aquariums. While generally safe, it causes significant stress and exposes the cut areas to infections and parasites.

Coral diseases can appear rapidly and lead to significant losses if left unchecked. Triggering factors include:

Inadequate lighting
Thermal stress

Excessive handling

Frag Recover supports tissue regeneration in exposed areas, both on the mother colony and the frag. Rapid healing reduces the risk of infection and improves frag success rates.

🧪 Instructions for use

Shake well before use.

Bath preparation

Add 20 ml (4 capfuls) to 1/2 gallon (1.9 L) of aquarium water. Mix gently. Prepare enough solution to completely submerge the corals.

After fragmentation

Place the mother colony and the fragment in the solution for 5 minutes (use a timer).
It is recommended to gently direct the solution towards the cut areas using a bulb syringe or pipette to improve contact
