Choosing Your Lighting

For SPS corals: aim for 200-350 PAR. For LPS: 100-200 PAR. For soft corals: 50-150 PAR. Measure with a PAR meter to optimize placement and intensity. LEDs offer energy savings and control, while T5s excel in penetration and full spectrum.
